Coronavirus Update (March 25, 2020)

Hey Church Family,

I hope that each of you are doing well as you ‘stay home and work safe!’ I have thoroughly missed seeing each of you in person over the past few weeks; though I am grateful for the technology that has allowed our church to remain connected (e.g. E-mail, Zoom, Facebook Live, etc…) during this time! Hebrews 10:24-25 tell us to…

Consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hebrews 10:24-25

This verse highlights well the importance of regularly gathering together for the overall health and vitality of the church body. But, how are we to do this while being encouraged to ‘stay home and work safe?’ While we know that meeting virtually is not a permanent replacement for the gathered church it is a great help to us, as the scattered church, to continue to encourage one another! In light of this, here are several ways that you can remain connected and encouraged throughout this time…

  • Online Worship (Sundays @ 10:45 AM) – Get your coffee, donuts and favorite PJs. Gather your entire family and join us as we worship through song, reading and teaching of God’s Word, prayer and giving.
  • Small Groups via Zoom (Sundays @ 9:30 AM) – Our small groups will be ‘going digital’ and meeting via Zoom Conferencing Service which allows individuals to connect to their small group via telephone, smart phone and/or laptop.
  • Facebook Live Gatherings (Mon., Tues., Thurs. & Fri. @ 8 PM) – One of our amazing staff will be going live to spend some time encouraging and praying for each of you.
  • Midweek Zoom Connection (Wednesday @ 6 PM) – Connect with others in the church and see how they are doing during this midweek hangout.

Please, click here to access our COVID-19 Response Guide which provides detailed instructions on how to access each of the aforementioned opportunities to connect and be encouraged.

Love In Christ,

Zach Brackett
